Honesty is part of the deal. Before you wear the Reaper's token, Dr. DD wants you to know exactly what's going on your skin:

This piece is forged from 316L Stainless Steel — often called "Titanium Steel" in the jewelry world. It's the same material used in surgical instruments and high-end watches. Durable, corrosion-resistant, and built to outlast you.

Does it contain Nickel? Yes. 316L contains about 10% Nickel. But here are the two key facts:

First, the molecular structure of 316L is so tightly bound that nickel ions can barely escape. For the vast majority of wearers, it causes no reaction whatsoever.

Second, this piece is finished with an additional 18K Gold Plating on the surface. This layer doesn't just give it the "forbidden gold" look — it also acts as a physical barrier, completely separating your skin from the alloy underneath. For those with metal sensitivity concerns, this is a double layer of protection.

Dr. DD's Clinical Assurance:

If you have a diagnosed, severe Nickel allergy, we recommend sizing up and wearing it over clothing, or using the included chain as a necklace.
